Whiplash is the over-stretching or tearing of the muscles, ligaments, and/or tendons in the neck and
head. This is typically caused by a sudden collision or force pushing the body in one direction, while the head’s tendency to remain in the same place causes the head to quickly rock in the opposite direction the body is going.

Soothing Blend, Lemongrass (ligaments), Marjoram (muscles)

Massage gently on back of neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Simple Solutions

Blend 3 drops lemongrass and 2 drops marjoram with 1Tbs. (15 ml) fractionated coconut oil. Gently massage a small amount into the neck and shoulders daily
