Inhale the aroma of the oil. Diffuse into the air.
Massage over back, arms, legs, and chest. Add to warm bathwater before bathing.

Simple Solutions:

Diffuse lavender or grapefruit oil in an aromatherapy diffuser.

Add 10 drops lavender to 1 cup (240 g) Epsom salts. Dissolve 1/2 cup (120 g) of the salt in warm bathwater for a relaxing bath.
