Relaxation is a state of rest and tranquility, free from tension and anxiety.

Recommendation:

Lavender, Massage Blend, Ylang Ylang, Lemon
Inhale the aroma of the oil. Diffuse into the air.
Use in massage. Add to bathwater before bathing.

Simple Solutions:

Combine 3 drops lavender and 3 drops Roman chamomile with 1 cup (240 g) Epsom salt. Add 1/2 cup (120 g) of salt to warm bathwater for a relaxing bath.
