Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of symptoms such as irritability, anxiety, moodiness, bloating, breast tenderness, headaches, and cramping that occurs in the days or hours before menstruation begins and then disappear once menstruation begins. PMS is thought to be caused by the fluctuation in hormones during this time or by the way progesterone is broken down by the body. Caffeine intake from beverages or chocolate is also thought to enhance PMS symptoms.

Take supplement as directed on package.
Spread over abdomen Apply as a warm compress over abdomen.

Simple Solutions:

Combine 3 drops clary sage and 3 drops geranium with 1 tsp.
(5 ml) almond oil. Add to warm bathwater for a soothing bath.
