Recommendation:

Soothing Blend, Lavender, Eucalyptus
Gently massage on location. Add to bathwater before bathing. Apply as a warm compress.

Simple Solutions:

Add 25 drops Soothing Blend to 1 Tbs. (15 ml) fractionated coconut oil to make a soothing massage oil for sore muscles.
Combine 15 drops lavender with 1 tsp. (5 ml) jojoba oil in a small roll-on bottle, and apply on small cuts or scrapes to help soothe pain.
