Laryngitis is an inflammation and swelling of the voice box (called the larynx) that causes the voice to sound hoarse or raspy. Laryngitis is most commonly caused by viruses, allergies, or overuse of the voice and will generally go away by itself within two weeks.



Diffuse into the air.

Simple Solutions:

Apply 1 drop sandalwood to throat. Add 1 drop lemon to 1 tsp. (5 ml) honey, dissolve in a small cup of warm water, and sip.
