A kidney stone is a solid piece of material that forms as chemicals in the urine crystallize and adhere together in the kidney. Small stones may pass through urination without causing pain. Larger stones with sharp edges and corners, however, can cause an extreme amount of pain as they are passed out of the body through the urinary tract.
Add 1–2 drops oil to 8 oz. of water, and drink. To help pass a stone, drink 4 oz. distilled water with juice from 1/2 lemon every 30 minutes for 6 hours; then take 2 Tbs. extra-light virgin olive oil with the juice from 1 full lemon, and repeat daily until stone passes. Drinking plenty of water can help prevent the formation of kidney stones.
