Insomnia is difficulty falling or staying asleep. It can be triggered by stress, medications, drug or alcohol use, anxiety, or depression.

Recommendation:

Lavender, Orange, Spikenard, Restful Blend, Roman Chamomile

Diffuse into the air. Inhale the aroma directly. Place 1–2 drops on bottom of pillow or on a stuffed animal.

Simple Solutions:

Add 5 drops lavender and 3 drops Roman chamomile to 1 oz. (30 ml) water in a small spray bottle. Spray on kids’ pillows and sheets at bedtime.
