The term “indigestion” is used to describe abdominal discomfort felt after a meal. Symptoms of indigestion include belching, bloating, nausea, heartburn, a feeling of fullness, and general abdominal discomfort. Indigestion can be caused by overeating or eating too fast, alcoholic or carbonated drinks, particular foods, etc.

Digestive Blend, Ginger, Peppermint, Digestive Enzyme Complex

Take oils in empty capsules or with 8 oz. (250 ml) almond or rice milk. Take supplements as directed.

Rub oils over stomach or on reflex points on the feet.
