Recommendation:

Tension Blend, Peppermint, Soothing Blend, Rosemary, Cardamom

Gently apply on temples, forehead, and back of neck.

Inhale.

Apply 1 drop each of lavender, peppermint, and frankincense to the back of the neck and forehead.
