Recommendation:

Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Melissa, Focus Blend, Restful Blend, Cedarwood, Arborvitae

Diffuse into the air, and inhale.

Apply on back of neck, temples, chest, and shoulders. Use during massage.

Simple Solutions:

Combine 5 drops ylang ylang, 6 drops lavender, and 2 drops Roman chamomile with 1/4 cup (60 ml) water in a small spray bottle. Mist into the air to help calm children.
