An allergy is a damaging immune system response to a substance that does not bother most other people. Common allergies are to food, insect bites, pollen, dust, medicine, pets, and mold.


Melaleuca, Lavender, Roman chamomile, Myrrh, Peppermint

Apply on location.

Apply 3 drops lavender, 6 drops Roman chamomile, 2 drops myrrh, and 1 drop peppermint on location.

Simple Solutions:

Blend 2 drops each of lavender, lemon, and peppermint oil in 1 tsp. (5 ml) fractionated coconut oil, and apply a small amount on the temples, under the nose, and on the bottoms of the feet morning and evening when dealing with seasonal allergies.
