    I just love to use many of the oils topically, making capsules, taking the LLV and other nutritional capsules, and diffusing them! I have my morning routine and then a different one at nite to use them topically. Clary Sage/Woman’s Blend for hot flashes, different ones for easier breathing, different ones for aches/pains and ALWAYS – twice a day Protective Blend on my chest. Grounding Blend is a must every day – I apply it on my spine on my lower back. Muscle pain – Marjoram, Soothing Blend oil or rub, Massage Blend – and of course Frankincense. Citrus blend on bone behind ears and lemon, lime, wild orange & grapefruit in my drinks ALL day, EVERY day! I like to make blends in a roller bottle for whatever also. Use my books and the internet often. I like to try different combinations for at night – right now been using Bergamot and Respiratory Blend, 3 drops each. Also like Lime and Bergamot or Lavender.
